Workflow Diagram Button
The Actions Menu supports different Life Cycles or 'Workflows' for records at various levels in the Asset Hierarchy Tree, i.e.:

Functional Location (FL)
-
Asset (A)
-
Component (CP)
-
Simple Asset Group (SAG) - only available in certain Asset Categories (e.g. Buildings)

Simple Asset (SA)
For all levels in the Asset Hierarchy you can alter the current Life Cycle state.
Click the life cycle state 
within the Actions Menu to display a Workflow Diagram for the current asset record.
The Life Cycle diagram shown below is visible after clicking the Life Cycle button for an Asset.
